Need capability, not another full-time headcount?
The FPA Fractional Talent Network is for Singapore businesses that need specialist expertise for a defined scope or a few days a month, and for experienced professionals who want to do that work.
Senior judgement, sized to the work.
Many SME gaps aren't full-time jobs. A business might need a finance lead to set up proper reporting, an HR specialist to fix policies before an audit, or someone who has implemented AI before to get a pilot right. Hiring full-time for these is slow and expensive, and it's often the wrong shape for the work.
Fractional capability lets you bring in the experience for as long as the work needs it. It also fits FPA's wider approach. Sometimes the answer is to automate the work, sometimes it's to train your existing team, and sometimes it's to add a specialist. We'll tell you which.
Tell us what capability you need.
Describe the outcome and roughly how much time it needs. We'll come back to you, usually within two working days, with how it could be covered.
Thank you. We have your request.

Questions about fractional work
What is a fractional professional?
A fractional professional is an experienced specialist who works with a business for part of their time, for example two days a month or for a defined project, instead of as a full-time employee. Common examples are fractional CFOs, HR leads, operations leads and technology or AI leads.
When does fractional expertise make sense for an SME?
It usually makes sense when the work needs senior judgement but not 40 hours a week, when you need the capability for a set period (a system rollout, a restructure, a compliance programme), or when you want to test what a role really involves before you hire for it. It makes less sense when the work is day-to-day execution that needs someone in the business every day.
Is FPA a recruitment or employment agency?
No. The Fractional Talent Network currently registers interest from businesses and professionals so we can understand both sides. Registering is not a job application, does not create an employment relationship and does not guarantee an engagement. Any future matching model will be set up in line with Singapore's regulatory requirements.
Will my professional profile be public?
No. Profiles are private by default and are only seen by the FPA team. We'd only feature a professional publicly with their explicit, separate consent.
What kinds of capability can businesses ask for?
Anything where senior, part-time expertise helps. Typical requests are HR and people operations, finance, operations and process improvement, technology and AI implementation, data and reporting, compliance and governance, and sales or marketing leadership.
